Who we are
The People Behind Aebly Media — the media outlet powered by a civic-tech engine
Two founders. One conviction.
Aebly Media is built and run by two co-founders — both Navy officers — who think the most consequential thing you can do between elections is prepare for the next one.

Built to be trusted with your convictions.
Where you stand is some of the most sensitive information you have. We designed Aebly so that it stays yours — protected by how the product makes money, how it stores your data, and who built it.
No data sales. No targeted campaign ads.
We don't sell your data, and we don't run targeted campaign ads — your compass and your votes are never used to aim campaign messaging at you.
Your votes stay yours.
Bill votes, compass coordinates, stance reasoning, and reading activity are private by default. Only you see where you stand and how you got there.
Engineered by a cyber background.
Aebly's platform was built by a U.S. Naval Academy graduate in Cyber Operations and former NSA intern. We treat the security of your data as the discipline we were trained in.
Walled off at the source.
Every account-scoped record sits behind database-level access controls (row-level security), so your data is isolated to your account at the source — not just in the app layer. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
